This church in Sanbonjida, Northern Ghana, was recently completed through another generous donation from Abokin, bringing new life and hope to the local community. The construction work included laying down a finished floor, plastering both the interior and exterior walls, and installing sturdy windows to provide light, ventilation, and security. This sacred space now serves as a spiritual home for many families in the area and a place of worship for children who attend the nearby Dr. Lindsay Thomas Jr. Seventh-Day Adventist Academy.

The students, many of whom come from underserved backgrounds, now have a safe and welcoming environment for both education and spiritual growth. Located just beside the church, the academy is also benefiting from Abokin’s ongoing support, with active renovations taking place to improve classroom facilities. These combined efforts are helping to uplift the entire community by providing a strong foundation in faith, education, and development. The completion of this church and the adjacent school improvements stand as a testament to what compassionate giving and faith-led action can accomplish.
